Originally the Star Saddle Livery serving guests from the Hotel Green, the building is now reimagined into a flexible creative coworking office space complete with beautiful kitchens, multi-purpose event space, conference rooms and open collaboration areas.
Livery is hands-down my favorite shared-office space in Los Angeles / Pasadena. Basically, it's a Google office! Their rates are wonderfully reasonable (far better than WeWork or others), you get access to their micro-kitchens stuffed with great snacks and drinks, the environment is quiet, temperature controlled and very clean, and they have all sorts of different set ups for any kind of team or individual needs. Private offices, phone pods, conference rooms, whatever.

well designed, charming, and equipped with everything you need
Just checked out Yvonne's co-working studio and this place is such a gem! It is in the heart of Old Town Pasadena just walking distance from all the restaurants and parking wasn't hard to find around the block. The space is so well designed, charming, and equipped with everything you need for meetings, office space or space to step away from home. In fact the place had a homey, comfortable, & quiet feel. Will definitely be going back again! Rates are affordable.

I am always in need of finding cool and hip spaces to host multiple events and meetings.
The tech is very important for a well-hosted meeting and they have it all. They have wireless mics, high quality speakers and also their room has this Ditto system where you can connect your computer and share your screen right away, super simple. They have huge windows which look like you are working outside. They have a full equipped kitchen with expensive coffee machines and so many free snack options. They have a beer or kombucha hook-up for events. It is clear that the owners thought of everything. I took so many pictures so I could share them with my association board and they agreed to schedule meetings at the Livery!
